Since each item from Coolspod.com is custom-made and printed specifically for you, our return policy only allows for returns or full refunds in the case of a major problem with the received item. You are eligible for returns or full refunds in the following situations:
- The item is significantly different from the description or the preview shown to you.
- The item is damaged due to the fault of our factory or the carrier.
- The item received is not what you ordered.
Please note that there may be a slight difference of up to 20% between the advertised images and the actual item you receive. This difference can occur due to factors such as lighting during photo shooting or variations in monitor display.

Our support team will review the photos/videos you provide of the defective item. If eligible, we will send you a replacement product at no extra cost. In rare cases where sending a replacement is not possible, we will fully refund you for the eligible product, including shipping costs.
